Taste and make a selection of Valentines chocolates and truffles, which will then be made and can be given as a beautiful gift for someone special.
•We will work on tempering techniques, moulding chocolate, ganache making
•You will create a fully bespoke a box of chocolates for your loved one - including White chocolate and pistachio fudge, Enrobed miso caramel chocolate, Strawberry and rose water truffle & Passion fruit filled love hearts
•You will leave with a beautiful ribboned presentation box of 24 chocolates
Course includes:
•Arrive at 1.45pm for tea, coffee, course introduction and chocolate selection
•Session finishes at 4.30pm, with creations to take away
To take away: A beautiful ribboned presentation box of 24 chocolates, a Woodspeen apron and cooking cloth, all notes and recipes from the day.
