Learn how to make delicious jams, versatile chutneys and pickles to be enjoyed now or for a store cupboard treat to be enjoyed later or even to be given as presents.

Arrival at 8.45am for tea and coffee and course introduction
We will keep you refreshed with tea, coffee and mineral water throughout the morning
Finish course at 1pm with all mornings treats to take home with you
All course notes, recipes and everything made during the session will be taken home
