Mother’s Day Cupcake Bouquets

A super-fun class baking and decorating to produce a stunning (and delicious) cupcake bouquet, perfectly timed for Mother’s Day. 

This is an intensive course to introduce you to multiple techniques, which will really provide you with endless tips and tricks for perfect cupcakes. We’ll provide all of the ingredients and equipment required, and take you step by step through producing your own show-stopping ‘bouquet’. We will keep up your energy levels with tea, coffee and cakes throughout the session and you’ll take home your fabulous, gift wrapped arrangement of cupcakes at the end.

Techniques covered:

·Baking cupcakes to our Great Taste Award winning recipe

·Creating light and fluffy buttercream

·Colouring and piping techniques to create gorgeous cupcake ‘flowers’

·Creating a beautiful and stable ‘bouquet’ of cupcakes, wrapped in tissue paper and cellophane and ready to present on Mother’s Day.

To take away: 

·All notes from the day, including recipes, tips and tricks. A beautiful, show-stopping bouquet of a dozen great tasting cupcakes.
