Get your Mums weekend started off in style by joining us at The Woodspeen Cookery school. We will be making some delicious sweet treats to enjoy with some finger sandwiches from the kitchen. Your afternoon tea will be served with a glass of wine. We will also demonstrate how to make your own home made butter to go with your scones.
Arrive at 10.45am for a course introduction and refreshments Afternoon tea served at 3pm
Sweet Treats Vanilla Macaroons, white chocolate mousse Fruit scones, homemade jam and butter Chocolate and salt caramel tart Lemon meringue pies Orange Madeleines Coffee profiteroles
You will also take home some of the sweet treats that you have made, along with all the recipes.
