Course includes:
Arrive at 9.45am for tea, coffee and course introduction
Gnocchi (Make, poach and quick pan sauce)
Seasonal Risotto
Focaccia
Pasta (tagliatelle and ravioli, finish with Woodspeen olive oil, basil, toasted pine nuts and parmesan)
End the day at the chef's table enjoying some of the food you have made
Take home recipes and some of the food you have made
