We will teach you how to make three classic Woodspeen dishes, how to prepare them in advance with fail-safe measures, which are sure to delight.

- Arrival at 9.45am for tea and coffee and course introduction
- Enjoy lunch at the chef's table with a lunch provided by the kitchen
