Burgers & Bubbles

A fun morning/afternoon where you will create the ultimate burger, served classically with a brioche bap, burger relish, chips, onion rings and a choice of beer or champagne 

• This is a very informal and fun filled course for all
• What to buy, what to pay, the importance of sourcing great meat from the supermarket or butcher
• The secret of mincing, and why a homemade burger will always outshine a ready prepared one
• How to cook beef - learn our tips which you can use for the rest of your culinary pursuits
• The best burger sauce in the world, and take a bottle home with you
• The art of a perfect onion ring
• How the triple cook chip works

Course includes:

·Arrive at 9:45am for course introduction

·Enjoy a lunch made on the day of burger, chips, onions rings and our special relish, served with your choice of bubbles – beer or champagne in the Afternoon.

·Leave at 2pm

To take away: All notes and recipes from the evening.
